frying different products (pastry, chebureks, fish, meat, etc.) in oil, except products with high content of starch (potatoes).
The products can be fried oil-immersed or on the surface of the oil. In oil-immersed mode the tray with the products is immersed in the oil and is taken out wit the help of special lifter with effort compensator (semiautomatic lifter). Lifter casing prevents products floating-up. Oil-immersed mode allows to increase output as products do not need to be turned over in order to be fried from both sides.
