Automatic donut machine consists of the fryer with constrained surface oil circulation, dispener-cutter with drive, donuts overturning and unloading mechanism and the control unit providing their coordinated interaction.
Donuts are moving due to constrained surface oil circulation, which allows to increase the output compared to the similar size machines of other manufacturers.
The following operations are held out automatically:
- forming of donut and its dipping into frying tank;
- donut frying from both sides;
- unloading of finished donut out of the tank.
