26 August - 1 September - International Exhibition 'Russian Farmer - 2002' For the first time we were broadcasting a real time picture of our working equipment on-line in the Internet. This way our exposition could be seen by those who were not able to visit the exhibition. The functioning of compact producing complex based on automatic donut fryer PRF-11/900 was demonstrated on the exhibition. Visitors had the opportunity to observe the whole procedure of cooking doughnuts out of mixtures, worked out by the department of advanced technologies of Sikom Company. |

Quercus Company has become an official Nizhnij-Novgorod-based representative of Sicom factory. Quercus Co Ltd. sells equipment produced by Sikom on the territory of Nizhegorodskaja Oblast provides service maintenance. |

A contract on general distribution of equipment, produced by Sikom, in Common Market countries is signed with the Dutch firm Melco Stores Im-Export Consultancies. |

A new line of rotisseries and heated displays íë-7 of improved design and quality is developed to meet the demand for rotisseries of medium and small capacity (8-12 chickens) and also to provide additional options for broadening functional possibilities of rotisseries. |

On 22 May, 2001 Sikom took part in the exhibition 'Everything for Smaller Scale Retail Sales', organised by the Administration of St-Petersburg and dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the city.
